House in Dazaifu

Outline
This house was built by dividing the northeast side of the site where the main house stands. Through the large opening in the living room, the garden of the main house, which has grown up over the past ten years, is shared visually and in terms of flow. The roof structure is built with beams and rafters on a diagonal axis to the plane, bringing a sense of continuity with the garden and maintaining a moderate distance from the main house.
