Renovation of a 48 year old house made of reinforced concrete and wood. The ceiling slab of the former garage was removed and the floor of the living room was partially newly installed. The retaining wall was removed and the garden was transformed into a hill, and the roof terrace was newly built to connect with the existing terrace, connecting the house to the outside on multiple levels, both old and new.
