The building is located in a suburban residential area with a residential area to the west and a main road running through the valley to the east. The volume matches the surroundings, and the east and west facades, which have the same expression, have windows of the same form in three consecutive directions to connect both environments. The plan and cross-section are constructed in a linear symmetrical manner to create an equivalent place of residence, thereby ensuring a degree of freedom that does not limit the function of the building.
