The building is located at the foot of a mountain in a residential area with a difference in elevation. the first and second floors are almost a single room without partitions, with large eaves at the front and back. The length of the eaves is 2,730mm by securing the fixed length of the eaves to the exterior wall as much as the width of the eaves.
