Outline
The building stands on a site with an area of 16 tsubo, which was created by cutting off the southern end of a four-house row house. It is built on a three-intersection site that is restricted to a two-story building due to urban planning road regulations, and has a tower house that is 1/8 of the building area and a second-floor terrace that is 1,200mm deep. The tower house is made of wood and the second-floor terrace is made of steel, making it independent from the overall structure of the building.
