Outline
The site is located at the southwestern end of a residential land development where commercialized houses are neatly lined up, and is built on a 7m high retaining wall. The main building is placed on top of the 7m high retaining wall, with columnar improvements avoiding the backfilled soil on the side of the retaining wall, which has no bearing capacity. The two-story sunroom covered with polycarbonate is located on the backfilled soil, and the building load is prevented from being applied to the lower ground by diagonal columns and suspension columns brought out from the main building.
