Outline
There is a height difference of about 2.5m between the front road and the site. The sense of oppression was alleviated by reducing the height of the building in relation to the road. The distance between the two neighboring houses was adjusted by planting trees while securing their privacy. The basement is made of reinforced concrete and has a parking lot and an approach, and the building is composed of skip floors using the height difference.
