The site is located at the intersection adjacent to the approach on the north side of the road, and is accessed on four sides, including a newly constructed alley. The former liquor store has been reconstructed as a three-story RC building with the functions of a liquor store, residential units, a dining room, and a gallery. Each function is independent of the other, but connected by a spiral slope around the perimeter.
