Located in a quiet residential area a short distance from the bustling suburbs of the station, the building is surrounded by the greenery of the greenway along the Tamagawa josui and the many trees lining the adjacent school. The low eaves and flat gable roofs reduce the scale of the building in relation to the streetscape, and the openings are designed to confront the surrounding elements and incorporate the surrounding environment.
