The site is located near the coast of the calm inland sea and stands on a small hill with a mountain in the east. In order to take in the views of both the sea and the greenery at the same time, four sloping roofs are erected like windmills, and triangular high sidelights are provided on four sides. The beams, rafters, and baseboards are all exposed to emphasize the movement of the roofs in contrast to the substructure of the floors and walls, which are finished with wood flooring and painted materials.
