Outline
The site is located at the end of a cul-de-sac leading from a slope. The plan is to build two houses on the site, one for the owner and the other for a rental house, and to create a small plaza between the two buildings to create a continuous playground for children that leads to the city. The top floor is overhung to create a pilotis above the square.
