Located in the suburbs of Tokyo, dotted with rice paddies, the pentagonal shaped site has a volume of 8,520mm square facing the site boundary with the neighboring house. The interior consists of four 120mm thick walls on each floor, stacked in three tiers, rotated 90 degrees.
