The site is located in a residential subdivision in a regional city and planned as a prototype in a situation where there is no open space around it. It is assumed that this house will be sold for sale. The volume is set up in the figure of "Ro" across the courtyard in the east-west direction. The volume in front of the house is made to be a playground for children by floating about 1.4m, and it is set up as a semi-outdoor garden with chairs and tables.
