Outline
The building is located at the end of a slope in a highly undulating area. The north side of the site is a slope, and the site is crossed by a retaining wall. The retaining wall is left in place and the short volume is placed to cover the stepped site. From the front road, the entrance on the first floor and the large opening on the second floor can be accessed through the retaining wall on the side of the road.
