The building is located in a residential area close to the sea. The 15-meter high tower-like structure with a flat plane of approximately 4.5 meters square is an RC Ramen structure. The five-layered Ramen frame is clothed with a six-layered slope that creates misalignments, and the relationship between inside and outside is different on every layer and every surface.
