The house is built on a site with a series of two flagpole poles on the south side. In anticipation of the fact that there will be no buildings adjacent to the house in the future, the south room under the butterfly roof opens wide toward the vacant lot secured on the south side, and the north room under the gable roof is placed on the north side.
