The site is located in a suburban residential area, with farmland and a newly developed residential area to the south, and the house of the owner's parents to the north, flanked by large ginkgo and cherry trees. Three volumes with different functions are stacked on top of each other, and the second floor is trussed to create a pilotis without columns.
