The site is located in Hakone with a view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi to the northwest and covers approximately 70,000m2. Fuji and Lake Ashi in the northwest. In addition to the main building, a sukiya building and an administration building stand on the site. The main building has a large opening on the northwest side to maximize the view, and the wide terrace creates a floating earth with the gravel laid on the top of the double eaves of the first floor opening.
