The house stands in a villa area at the foot of the Zao Mountain Range. Although the house has a large opening to the garden that slopes down to the south, the distance from nature is adjusted by opening and closing the storm door, which has a slit cut in the board door and fitted with glass, in preparation for the snowfall and strong winds in winter.
