Outline
The site is located at the end of a narrow alley and the slope of a mountain. The building is set back on the south side of the alley to create a gathering space that continues from the alley. The exterior earthen floor surrounding the dining area and the red cedar ceiling of the eaves gently connect the interior and exterior.
