Shigeru Kuwahara Architects
Outline
It is built on the site where the sun shines enough about 1km inland from the Kujukuri coast. The volume of the house was decided based on the simulation of solar radiation, and the slope of the single-flowing roof and the eaves were decided based on the rain, seasonal wind, and ventilation, so that the interior is always in the shade in summer and the sun shines in the living and dining rooms in winter.
