The site is located in the middle of the city in a residential area lined with mid- to high-rise residences. The volume is secured to the maximum for the limited area, and twelve floors are connected in a spiral shape by the fine level difference. Along with the level differences, two thin steel sheet walls gently divide the living spaces.
