The site is located in a suburban residential area with many undulations, and overlooks a gently sloping field. In order to continue the topography as it is, a part of the block wall is cut down and a staircase is installed to the external terrace on the first floor. In addition, a gradual difference in level is made to connect to the interior earthen floor.
