The project is to renovate a 50-year-old house and add functions of a beauty salon and a café in addition to the house. It is a wooden house with a partly RC core, a steel frame for the floor beams on the second floor, and a large opening on the south side. It is intended to make use of the existing materials and to allow a variety of time to coexist.
