Outline
The building stands on the corner of a narrow alleyway that leads from Sanjo Street to Yanaginaba Street in the center of Kyoto. It is a combination of atelier, gallery and residence for a jewelry artist. Against the longitudinal wooden wall, the full-length sash on the frontage reveals the structure and program of the interior in the evening.
