The building is located close to Karuizawa Station. In order to blend in with the surrounding wooded environment, the height of the building has been kept at 4.3m, and a series of windows spreading horizontally and eaves stretching out 1.8m cut through the rich greenery. The floor level is raised 500mm above the GL for ventilation and moisture control.
