The building is located in a quiet residential area of a regional city. The courtyard and the parking lot are connected by a gully, and by greening the roof, it is intended to connect the courtyard with the mountain ridge in the distance. The rooftop is surrounded by edible plants (blueberries, lemons and sudachi) instead of handrails.
