The building is located in a quiet residential area in a regional city. 4m high, the site has a difference in elevation, and in order to avoid development, three main floors are placed along the slope, giving the building an appearance of being inserted into the ground. Each floor is not directly connected to the other, but is accessed via a stairwell on the west side.
