The building is located in a new residential area in Utsunomiya. Four gardens are created by the X-shaped plan, which is guided by the consideration of light, wind and heat. The central part of the plan is set up like an alley space continuous from the road, and top lights are installed. It is separated from the living room by a polycarbonate fixture.
