The building is located in a mountain village in a location that connects to a quiet landscape and forest. The long and narrow plan, extending about 30 meters from east to west, is built on high floors with balconies on the north and south sides. Balconies are placed on the north and south sides of the building, allowing for a north-south breeze to flow through while taking in the open landscape to the north.
