The building is located in a mixed residential and agricultural area in Fukaya, northern Saitama Prefecture. Each roof of the building flows diagonally and consists of four volumes (bedroom, living room, water room + entrance, storage room) connected to each other. There are openings with the same standard aluminum sash (1,195mm wide and 1,165mm high) at various heights.
