The site is located deep in the mountains of Chigashira-cho, Yagashira-gun in southeastern Tottori Prefecture. The building of the owner's father's construction shop on the corner of the village was renovated as a home and office. The second and third floors, which were originally used as a materials yard, are used as the office and home, while the first floor is used as a materials yard.
