The building stands on a long, narrow site with a frontage of 24 meters and a depth of 45 meters facing a busy national road. The floor and walls of the approach are made of continuous pincolored stone and blend into the landscape. The various scaled volumes of the building are composed of a combination of different materials such as fair-faced concrete and aluminum panels.
