This is a compact modern minka (private house) designed to accommodate the lifestyle of a farmer, his wife, a nutritionist, and their daughters. Under the deep roof, a concrete storehouse is nested in the center of the house, surrounded by various rooms for living, an earthen floor, and a veranda.
