Outline
The building stands on a long, narrow site (4.3m in frontage and 16m in depth), which was created by dividing an old townhouse into two. A sirocco fan on the roof stores air warmed by sunlight in the concrete foundation during the winter. In the summer, radiant cooling at night is brought into the room.
