Outline
This is a project to renovate one room of a 35-year-old old house into a "dirt floor" that can be used as a shop work space and resold. In addition to the existing entrance, the existing block retaining wall on the south side of the house was partially demolished and a new staircase was built as an approach to the Doma. The construction costs were managed and adjusted in real time as the work proceeded, and the items to be retained and the degree of finishing were selected on site.
