The building is located in a residential area in the city center facing a steep slope. The volume on the southeast side of the building is set back about 5 meters, and three exterior walls, including the approach wall, are built in a layered pattern to bring depth to the town. The living room on the second floor, which is blessed with a view, is fully open on the south side, and the slit on the upper east side is connected to the roof to make the roof appear lightly.
