Outline
This one-story house was built on a plot of land that was partly converted from a tea plantation to farmland. A wooden opening of 1,200mm height is surrounded by 1,370mm beams on a hip wall of 1,200mm height raised from the foundation to match the height of the tea tree. The interior is covered by a 900mm roof structure with 2,730mm grid beams. The structure is supported by a central core, 105mm square columns and braces.
