An exterior wall is erected to secure privacy from the heavy traffic in the surrounding environment, and an interior flow line connecting the functions of each of the seven slab levels and an exterior flow line connecting the five terraces up to the roof terrace is installed in parallel, and the boundary between the interior and the terrace area is glazed to create an ambiguous connection between the interior and exterior.
