The house is built in the backyard of the main house, pulling 60m from the front road. The stairwell is 4.5m wide at its widest point, halfway along the longest side of the apartment, and is connected to the kitchen, the housekeeping room and the study on the ground floor, with a minimum width of 1.2m in the middle, and again 4.5m wide to the living room on the second floor.
