The site is located near the top of a small mountain in Kurashiki City, bordered by a slope on the south side and overlooking the city of Kurashiki from the north side. 2-story volumes are placed in the center of the site, and by keeping the height low and using a hipped roof, gardens and spaces with different characteristics are created on the four sides. The planting along the road leads to the greenery of the neighboring houses and further to the mountains in the distance.
