Outline
This reinforced concrete house stands on a corner lot in a residential area. The volume of the lower floor, which houses private rooms with a high degree of privacy, and the volume of the upper floor, which is open to the town and contains the family room and terrace, are combined in a three-dimensional manner. In order to connect to the green surroundings, a symbolic katsura tree is planted in the same position as the Himalayan cedar that stood on the existing site, and a striped ash tree is planted on the second floor terrace.
