KAZUHIKO NAMBA+KAI WORKSHOP
Outline
The smallest house in the "Box House" series, built in a mixed commercial and residential area of the city center, with shops on the first floor, residences on the second floor, and a multipurpose room on the basement floor. It is a house in a box that embodies the principles of the city, and is unique to the city center, as it was built by combining the maximum amount of space available on the smallest site in the city center, where sites are increasingly subdivided, with a financial plan that allows tenants to be attached.
