The site is located on a slope with an elevation difference of about 6m from north to south, and is surrounded by steep slopes and stairs. The exterior walls are thatched with galvanized steel sheet and the deck railing walls are made of stainless steel netting, harmonizing with the elements that make up the town, and the floor level of the second floor has been raised to 4 meters to secure the view to the north.
