Outline
The land is a mixture of houses built in the 1960s and 1970s and houses built in the last decade. The garden and the building volume are arranged in the shape of a rice paddy in order to connect the situation of the town where the way of taking the road and the garden differs according to the period, and the distance between the road and the building is adjusted. The exterior walls are made of ultra-lightweight heat-insulating mortar (Carmo), which is applied to the foundation and eaves to unify the volumes.
