The polygonal plan of the building creates a buffer space between the neighborhood and the building, enclosing it but opening it gently to the surroundings. The four arched walls of the irregular octagonal plan form the structure, and the exterior walls are all self-supporting. The dining room is in the center, and the entrance, kitchen, and bed space are located around it.
