Outline
This project involves the renovation of a private house in a slope village on the Manazuru Peninsula to create a residence that can also be used as a training facility. The approach to the house was changed, and it is accessed through a gate built into part of an existing hedge. The entrance was moved to the south side of the house facing the garden, and earthen passageways were constructed to connect directly to each room. Students from Tokyo University of Science participated in the design and construction.
