Outline
A room of a 30-year-old house was renovated into a library and a study. In order to cope with the huge number of books in the collection, a flat foundation was used, a pressure-resistant board was newly installed under the floor, and heavy-duty floating flooring materials were used. Three spaces surrounded by bookshelves lined up in high density can be rotated, and the two openings and various loopholes give the space more depth than it has.
