This townhouse is built on a subdivided site in a mini-development of a residential area near the station. The volume is placed on the east side, and the open-air garden is placed on the west side. On the side of the open-air garden, a large opening is secured by a Rahmen structure (SE construction method) made of Shusei wood that secures a fire allowance.
