The building is located on a cul-de-sac in a residential area of Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. A trumpet-shaped curved corridor called "Margin" is inserted in the center of the rectangular volume. A high side light is installed at the end of the trumpet-shaped spread, and a round top light is installed at the back of the opposite side to bring light into the "margin".
